Okay, I can understand that. But the point remains, that he reassigned word meanings to established words, and called the established words wrong, in a sense writing his own dictionary.

In no sence is that writing a dictionary. For refference look at Webster and their line od dictionaries. What you are talking about is more like a vocabulary list.
